That's why Morgan authored the County Commission’s new ethics policy, which improves government transparency, holds elected officials accountable and forbids county commissioners from using private email servers for county business.
Morgan also passed a resolution providing unprecedented transparency to Ingham County government by publishing the audio from every county commission and committee meeting online, so that citizens can know exactly what their elected officials are doing and saying.
